Hello and Welcome! 

I firmly believe that understanding a company's origins and core values is essential to appreciating its current operations, future direction, and whether it is a worthwhile investment of time and resources. My life is rooted in faith, family and nature, all of which have been instrumental in the success of PBD. Thank you for taking the time to join me as I share the story behind the founding of Palm Breeze Designs, the principles that have guided our journey, and our vision for the exciting projects and opportunities that lie ahead.

 

Background: Creativity, compassion and a strong work ethic have always been integral to my endeavors. From teaching kids life saving skills as a swim school owner, to planning family activities, my focus on innovation, attention to detail, and commitment to making a positive impact, has remained constant. As a former NCAA Division 1 student-athlete at the University of Florida, time management and hard work were instilled at a young age and imperative traits to succeed. Shadowing my husband's home renovation business led me to be more involved after having children and closing my swim school. It came as no surprise that I developed a passion for interior design after years of industry experience. A pivotal moment came when I renovated our vacation beach house, which allowed me to discover my design skills on a larger scale. After requests from friends and family on design help, I decided to dive in deeper. My studies at the Interior Design Institute confirmed my desire to launch my own interior design business, leading to the creation of Palm Breeze Designs.

 

Design Style: An individual's taste is profoundly shaped by their surroundings and personality. Growing up all over Florida and now residing in Boca Raton, along with family roots in Costa Rica, my style naturally leans towards a relaxed tropical aesthetic with a contemporary twist. A strong advocate for holistic health, I aim to incorporate wellness into every project through warm colors, functionality, natural light and a minimalist approach. Although each project is tailored to the client's interests and property location, PBD undoubtedly leaves an impression with vibrant coastal colors, warm organic textures and modern elements throughout.

 

Key Factor: One of my standout skills in this industry is creating uniquely beautiful spaces on a budget. Interior design should not be synonymous with unaffordability. While I invest countless hours on each custom project, my clients' satisfaction is the true reward. It's easy to overspend on materials and labor to achieve a visually appealing space, but I believe that real talent lies in crafting financially savvy designs that balance beauty and comfort, without compromising quality. This is where my creativity, experience and ongoing education come into play. Lastly, with a network of top-notch contractors and vendors, projects run smoothly, ensuring stunning results and happy clients.
