Palm Breeze Designs LLC. is a boutique interior design firm based in Boca Raton, FL, serving the greater South Florida area as well as niche regions of Bahamas and Costa Rica. We are seeking a responsible and driven Interior Design Creative Assistant to join our team for a part-time position. The Creative Assistant will work closely with the Principal Designer and must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment on multiple projects. Attention to detail, creative passion, excellent communication, computer skills, and problem solving are a must. This is an interim position with potential of a more permanent role at the conclusion of a semi-annual performance review.

Key Responsibilities

• Project budget management

• Client and vendor communication

• Showroom and project site visits

• Sourcing entries for selection boards

• Client presentation prep

• Installation day management

• General organization of projects

• Work weekly 8-12 hours dependent on timelines. Some flexibility in days/times

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in customer relations

• Knowledge of social integration platforms such Canva, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field and interest in residential interior design

• Internship or entry level experience in design or related industry (recommended)

• Some knowledge of CAD or comparable programs desirable but not required

• Ability to take initiative and pivot as needed with project timelines

• Strong work ethic

• Have own transportation

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
