From 3D renderings, to material procurement & final stage styling, this complete design development & management of each space gives you the best seat in the house to meet your home improvement goals, locally or living afar. FULL SERVICE INCLUDES: - Phone & Video Conferencing along with Initial Walkthrough - Meeting with Client's Contractors & Architects - Color, Lighting & Structural Conceptualization & Research - Mood Board Design Concept - Sample Board Presentations for Each Space - RCPs, 2D + 3D Renderings of Each Space Provided in Preliminary & Final Copies - Digital Project Report Created for Client & GC - Procurement of Design Materials, Fixtures & Hardware - Furniture & Decor Procurement (Added Service)** - Design Project Management - Entails Weekly Site Visits - Cleaning Service for Move-In - Professional Property Photography PPSF Fee Structure: Custom quotes for structural design are given based on square footage & creative detail desired for each individual space. Price Per Square Foot fee structure (PPSF). Styling Bonus Package: This optional aesthetics package is PPSF & offered to full-service clients at a discounted rate to cover every square inch of their structural interior design with the perfect finishes. Includes measurements, sourcing, ordering & installation of furniture, wallpaper, mirrors, art, decor, bedding & window treatments that coincide with the overall design. Payment Schedule: A 40 % deposit will be required to secure project booking, 40% after initial wave of materials are purchased & the remaining 20% at the design completion of entire project. Booking an initial design consultation is required for this service. Price alteration is only made in the event additional square footage is added to the project, the design plan is altered after approval or additional meetings are needed.
