From 2D + 3D layouts, to material procurement and final stage styling, this complete design management of each space gives you the best seat in the house to meet your home improvement goals, whether local or living afar. - Phone + Video Conferencing - Initial Walkthroughs and Measurements - Color, Lighting and Structural Conceptualization and Research - Mood Board Presentations of Each Space of Project - Meeting with Client's Contractors and Architects - 2D + 3D Renderings of Each Space Provided in Preliminary and Final Copies - Design Project Report Created for Client and GC - Sourcing and Ordering of Materials, Fixtures and Hardware - Design Project Management - Entails Bi-Weekly Site Visits - Cleaning Service for Move-In - Professional Property Photography Full-Service Structural Price Range Average: $7,500 - $15,000 Styling Bonus Package ($3,000) - This additional aesthetics package is offered to full-service clients at a discounted flat rate to cover each space within their project. Furniture measurements, sourcing and ordering. Research, selection and ordering of accent wall features such as, overlay paneling, wallpaper or art pieces. Finally, we complete the look with elements of decor, bedding and window treatments that coincides with the overall design. Payment Details: With the Full Interior Design Service, custom quotes are given based on the number of rooms, square footage and detail of each project with calculated time factored into to price (PSF price structure). A 40 % deposit will be required at booking, 40% after initial wave of materials are purchased and the remaining 20% at the design completion of entire project. An initial design consultation is required before booking this service. Price alteration is only made in the event additional square footage is added to the project and is not affected by overage hours.
