From 2D + 3D layouts, to material procurement and final stage styling, this complete design management of each space gives you the best seat in the house to meet your home improvement goals, whether local or living afar. - Phone & Video Conferencing along with Initial Walkthrough - Meeting with Client's Contractors & Architects - Color, Lighting & Structural Conceptualization & Research - Mood Board Design Concept - Sample Board Presentations for Each Space of Project - RCPs, 2D + 3D Renderings of Each Space Provided in Preliminary & Final Copies - Digital Project Report Created for Client & GC - Sourcing & Ordering of Design Materials, Fixtures & Hardware - Design Project Management - Entails Weekly Site Visits - Cleaning Service for Move-In - Professional Property Photography Full-Service Structural Price Range Average: $7,000 - $12,000 Styling Bonus Package: $3,000 - $4,500 This additional aesthetics package is offered to full-service clients at a discounted rate to cover every square inch within their project. Furniture measurements, sourcing, ordering & installation. Research, selection, ordering & installation of accent wall features such as, wallpaper, mirrors & art pieces. Finally, we complete the look with elements of decor, bedding & window treatments that coincide with the overall design. Payment Details: With the Full Interior Design Service, custom quotes are given based on the number of rooms, square footage & creative detail of each project - PSF price structure. A 40 % deposit will be required to secure project booking, 40% after initial wave of materials are purchased & the remaining 20% at the design completion of entire project. An initial design consultation is required before booking this service. Price alteration is only made in the event additional square footage is added to the project, the design plan is altered after approval or additional meetings are needed.
