Changing the aesthetics of the client's entire house or desired room, we will work to bring functionally & beauty through the following areas of focus. FURNITURE + DECOR STYLING INCLUDES: - Phone & Video Conferences - RCPs, 2D + 3D Renderings included for one preliminary and one final design drawing package presentation - Furniture measurements, sourcing, selection, ordering & complete installation - Accent wall measurements, sourcing, selection, ordering & complete installation for features such as overlay paneling, wallpaper or art pieces - We complete the look with elements of decor, bedding and window treatments that coincide with the overall design - Completed project professional photography PPSF Fee Structure: Custom quotes for styling design are given based on each room(s) square footage & creative detail desired for each individual space. Price Per Square Foot fee structure (PPSF). Payment Schedule: A 40 % deposit will be required at booking, 40% after initial wave of materials are purchased and the remaining 20% at the design completion of entire project. Booking an initial consultation is required for this service to view each space and review specs. Price alteration is only made in the event additional square footage is added to the project or the design plan is altered after final approval.
